The Veil Hotel Nur-Sultan

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities provided, such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and Jacuzzi, were of high quality. the full body massage and steam room were incredibly relaxing. the spa lounge made us feel rejuvenated after our foot, back, and head massages. the special diet menus catered to our dietary restrictions and preferences, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was convenient for us to reach any destination by taxi within 10-15 minutes.

There was one minor issue that affected our overall experience at this hotel. We found the restaurant for breakfast too small, and it felt uncomfortable when it became full.

The Veil Hotel is a high-end, amazing location with excellent services and architecture. The staff, bed, and dining were great. The spacious rooms and fluffy beds provided a luxurious experience. The spa and special treatment were also amazing, making guests feel special and wanting to return.

The hotel lacks basic amenities such as temperature control in the rooms and bottle openers.

We had a fantastic stay at Veil Hotel in Nur-Sultan. The room design was modern and stylish, with beautiful wood details. The view from our room was fine. The hotel also provided G plugs and sockets, so we didn't need to use any adapters to charge our devices. The in-room service was fast and efficient, and the cleaning service was great. We were impressed with the quick response time from the reception.

There were a few minor downsides. the breakfast we ordered to our room wasn't as delicious as we had hoped.
